Straddling the shores of a multitude of genres, Lasse Lambretta lives for trippy, multi-layered and diverse music. The perky bowler with the Scandinavian-Mediterranean name kneads distorted vocals and whipping percussion with the addition of a therapeutic dose of acid to create a deep hypnotic sound, wearing a mischievous smirk on his lips. Sometimes cheesy, sometimes over the top, sometimes deep, sometimes dark: a session with this oddball usually proceeds at a leisurely, driving tempo and at the end everything is somehow different.
