Hallo ihr Lieben,

wir erinnern uns noch genau an den ersten Rundgang auf dem Gelände. Trotz der heruntergekommenen Häuser, den zugewachsenen Terrassen und Wegen und der nie Enden wollenden Menge an Müll, hatten wir durch unsere rosaroten Brillen auf Anhieb alles schon so klar vor Augen. „Unrealistisch“ nannten es manche, wir aber waren motiviert durch die Vision von lachenden, tanzenden und träumenden Menschen auf diesem Gelände. Dieser Gedanke gab und Kraft unseren Traum in die Tat umzusetzen.

Umso mehr zerreißt es uns das Herz in tausend Teile euch sagen zu müssen, dass das Lugila in diesem Jahr leider nicht stattfinden kann. Nach mehrwöchigem Hin und Her mit kurzfristigen Auflagen der Behörden und der erhöhten Waldbrandschutzstufe dieses Jahr sind uns traurigerweise die Hände gebunden und es bleibt uns nichts anderes übrig als das Festival abzusagen. Es tut uns unendlich leid, wir haben uns schon sehr auf euch gefreut.

Wir arbeiten gerade noch an einer technischen Lösung für eure Tickets und informieren euch schnellst möglich darüber, ob ihr diese für nächstes Jahr behalten könnt, wenn ihr möchtet, denn wir tun aktuell alles dafür, dass Festival nächstes Jahr möglich zu machen. Bitte habt Verständnis, dass wir aktuell etwas länger brauchen um eure Mail und Nachrichten zu beantworten.

Hello dear ones

we still remember exactly the first tour on the area. Despite the dilapidated houses, the overgrown terraces and paths and the neverending amount of garbage, we had everything so clear in our eyes right away through our rose-colored glasses. "Unrealistic" some called it, but we were motivated by the vision of laughing, dancing and dreaming people on this site. This thought gave us the strength to make our dream come true.

All the more it tears our hearts into a thousand pieces to have to tell you that the Lugila unfortunately can not take place this year. After several weeks of back and forth with short-term requirements of the authorities and the increased forest fire level this year, our hands are sadly tied and we have no choice but to cancel the festival. We are so sorry, we were really looking forward to seeing you.

We are still working on a technical solution for your tickets and will inform you as soon as possible if you can keep them for next year if you want, because we are currently doing everything to make the festival possible next year. Please understand that we currently need a little longer to answer your mail and messages.
